Gina "Muzzi" Racioppi founded, owns and operates A.G. Family Insurance, Bonita Springs, Florida. She works hard every day to show she genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. She has resided in Southwest Florida over 30 years. Family is extremely important to Gina, too, and is the source of the name: "A.G." represents the initials of Gina's two children, Anthony and Gianna.
In addition to over 20 years' experience in the insurance industry, Gina also grew up in the insurance business. Her father and grandfather both owned insurance agencies. In fact, prior to launching A.G. Family Insurance, she managed her father's multi-million-dollar agency for many years.

Over time, Gina has gained the expertise and experience to excel at helping clients obtain low insurance rates without sacrificing coverage.

Gina graduated Florida State University, 1999 with a Bachelor's in International Business and Spanish. During college, she lived in Spain for a year, and embraced the culture, learning to write and speak fluent Spanish.

She enjoys traveling, boating, playing sports and, of course, spending time with family. In her free time, Gina teaches Junior Achievement and coaches soccer.

Gina is the Vice President of KKids Inc, a non -for profit organization that helps foster children. She is always there for her community, whether it is advocating for children, or going out of her way for her clients. She has passion in helping people. Gina's love for children and family is why, each year, A.G. Family Insurance hosts the "Little Angels Holiday Drive," which provides gifts for needy families.

Through "Little Angels," A.G. Family has brought smiles to children from all around the community, including young ones from single-parent and military homes struggling financially during the holidays. We welcome our clients and entire community to participate. A.G. Family Insurance: One agent, one call... one agency rooted in family.

Ellie graduated from Indiana University and majored in Business Administration. She is the eldest of 5 siblings, and family is very important to her. Having a big family, has helped her communicate and have compassion for others, especially when they need you most. She enjoys working with our extended family at A.G. Family Insurance and you will immediately feel her warm energy. She is enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with friends and family, and her dog Bentley.

The valuable lessons learned in athletics have helped him become a very successful financial advisor. His knowledge and expertise, along with expert coaching skills has helped numerous clients for over 30 years. He easy to work with, very communicative and attentive. He is happy to custom tailor a plan to suit your individual needs, and grow with you and your family.

Dean specializes in helping clients navigate personal lines, commercial lines, and more complex insurance situations. He takes a consultative approach to insurance, focusing on understanding each client’s needs, explaining coverage clearly, and helping them compare options so they can make confident decisions. He believes insurance should be explained in plain language, not rushed or treated as just another transaction. Dean enjoys helping clients understand what they are buying, where they may be exposed, and how an independent agency can shop multiple carriers to find a strong balance of coverage and value. In his spare time, Dean has a strong interest in photography, technology, and local events. He brings that same attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to his work with clients at A.G. Family Insurance.
